I enjoyed my Softwave treatment with Tracy and she made me feel comfortable right away as soon as i walked in considering my first time with her. From our conversation, she is full of experience and passionate to what she does and knowledgeable to explain different machines. She made me understand how to make it safe and comfortable for everyone without a need of numbing the skin because she knows how to do it right which will make a big difference of experience. I noticed that my skin looked freshed, less tired and my lines became softer after the therapy. I can't wait to see the full result after a month or two and 3 months. It takes some time for collagen to build with combination of other skin care, sleeping well and overall staying healthy for skin to glow. I might comeback for update. I highly recommend her.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. There was no discomfort during the Ultherapy procedure and was told the process as it was happening. Positive results showed immediately on my neck. Highly recommend the procedure.
