He didn't really massage. He did lots of pressure moving against your bones and muscles. Hard to explain. I have had lots of massages and they got into your muscles and joints and worked out the kinks. However this one just hurt. I complained about how painful it was getting and he never let up on the pressure he was using. I would not recommend him to anyone.
