I bought the full oil change service, but it seems like the service was not quite meet the standard. After they filled the oil and closd my front hood and ready to send me away, I asked them if they filled my windshield fluid, one of the rep asked another guy who was out of sight and found out it wasn't done so they told me to pop up the hood again. After the episode, before I drive to wash my car (I bought the deal with super duper wash), I had to remind them to give me a retengle slip for the car wash. What can I say, is it the manament issue?
