The merchant did not reveal that this was a home-based business. As a result I was not comfortable and asked to cancell my appointment. The merchant said no because I did not cancell within 24 hours but called to co firm the wrong date and time of my appointment in which I did not hold against them. My money was kept and no services rendered.

Let me start off by saying the website does not align with the physical place. The method required to use my voucher is very off putting. I called to redeem my Groupon voucher and was told to text my name and email to confirm my appointment; but no one followed up. parking was not adequate. Services mediocre at best.
