It turned out that I wasn't eligible for the procedure because of the color of the hair growth. I wasn't aware of that. The Dr. was very nice and talked to me about other procedures (she could not do). How do I get back my money? Please let me know.

I really liked this center! I wish that it was still affordable even after using the Groupon. The doctor was very thorough in explaining my skin's condition and tried to accommodate me when I had a long gap in my treatments.
