This was my first visit to Michoacan Gourmet . Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The carnitas was discribed as a speciality, but it came out at room tempeture and it was dry and not very flavorful. The rice was also cold and dry,as if it had been sitting out all day. We were there on a Tuesday night I know that's a slow night, maybe your regular chef was off?
