Had a great experience with Sai and Sean! They’re both friendly and polite. Our dryer vent ended up being clogged so they were able to get it all cleared up for us. Would use again!

I bought groupon from TruAir, subcontractor walks in with dirty shoes, wheeled dirty equip across my floor, started sucking dust out of one vent, handed me an invoice for $550. Said that I needed to pay for additional service before they could clean my vents or provide video. They said groupon is for "maintenance" which they define as recurring cleaning. I sent them packing.

We take great care to ensure that all our marketing efforts are clearly communicated, and we make it a priority to explain expectations to customers during the scheduling process.
