About Pyramid Fitness LLC

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer: Top of the line cardio equipment, Large, Clean, and loud open area with everything from battle ropes, to bench presses and pullup bars. We are the only Studio utilizing "vibration training" . 1/3 mile running track out back. Ninja Warrior Salmon latter and i-beam climb. Large turf area

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We time our classes to keep clients on track throughout the whole routine. Our Trainers provide positive and uplifting encouragement while politely helping to correct any imbalances or improper lift technique. Our Trainers are "certified Personal Trainers", not under qualified 'Crossfit" coaches

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To provide professional and fun fitness experiences with a flair never seen before.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people achieve the goals they set out to achieve. The looks and hugs I get make the job worth more than any money can.
