Need better communication about location. Hotel staff weren't informed AT ALL. Massage was good.

I called and emailed Grand Hands multiple times after purchasing my Groupon to set up an appointment and they never contacted me back. After about a month of unreturned phone calls/emails, I worked with Groupon to transfer my credit to another business.
