Decent service. I will not be returning because during my appointment, I was made to wait 30-45 minutes with wet hair for a client who took priority for the stylist.

So unfortunate you were disappointed for your wait. I did wrap your hair in very thick towels while you were waiting.
This appointment was made with full acknowledgment of another appointment that
was already scheduled. This client did not want to wait for another appointment available and agreed to be accommodated along with the other client who had her appointment for several months.
I am very happy to know you love your hair though

I also color treated my hair before my appointment with Rose at Artistic Rose Salon. And like the other (negative) reviewer, I signed the form she provides acknowledging the unpredictable factors involved when I go to her to help me color correct my 'do. After all, when I damage my own locks, she can only do her best to correct, restore, or recolor. The form is my acknowledgement that she is not working with a blank canvas of hair. It is NOT bullying. In fact, it is a respectful agreement of responsibility and should not reflect poorly on Rose for the foresight. The form's goal is to prevent malicious online reviews like the previous one. Today I happily signed her amended consent form, accepting MY RESPONSIBILITY for having treated my style at home before coming in. Far from bullying, this consent form boosts her professionalism in my opinion, knowing she'll do her very best to be sure we are both 110% satisfied with her work. I've never had a stylist so thorough, knowledgeable, thoughtful or hospitable. It's sad to see her business slandered so unjustly, considering the facts.

I. Rose, the owner of artistic rose salon have always strived to give my clients the best service and outcome. While you were here you were complementary, bought products and left a generous tip. It iwas a complete surprise when I received emails that you were dissatisfied with my consent form for previously treated hair. Unfortunately I was not informed the law recently changed. The consent form is now updated. I wish you had given me the opportunity to resolve your concerns before going public.

Very knowledgeable and will not do work on your hair that will damage it. She'll do a full consultation regarding what you'd like and what is feasible with the health of your hair
