What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Crown Techs was founded by Tyler Riggs, when he was 22 years old. He built his first computer at the age of 5 years and later continued to study computers, technology, and business into his adult life. When Tyler saw that there were nationwide computer support companies, he decided to start his own.

What do you love most about your job? The employees at Crown Techs love their jobs. The environment is fun and casual, yet serious and professional all at once. Crown Techs puts a major focus on providing a constructive and enjoyable working environment. Best of all, the employees get to do what they love for a living.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? We've had many customers bring in a broken computer, devastated at the idea of having lost all of their data, including irreplaceable photos of friends and family. The look of happiness on their face after we have recovered their files or fixed their computer is absolutely priceless.
