Karve Studio's chief aim is in its name: to carve sculpted bodies with trim waistlines and lean but powerful limbs. Its instructors meet the task with the signature Karve workout, which fuses a variety of exercises into a single fitness regime. Ballet-barre moves, yoga, Pilates, core conditioning, and stretching work together to not only strengthen and tone but also add length to muscles.
