I kept on calling no one would answer the phone when I get there she told me that they're not open and they won't have no openings for a month she's crazy I never did get to use it

We went during the day time open play and it was great for my kids and I as it was not crowded and we like that. However when I tried to call and confirm information from their website about times no one answered and no one returned a call even after leaving a voicemail. I’d say the staff could be more friendly. But the place is simple enough to go in and jump.

There were broken balloons all over the floor which made it a nightmare for a mom of a newly crawling infant. And the carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. Not the cleanest of kid play places.

Kind of busy but the people working there were present and doing pretty well considering it was spring break. Really fun for my 2 and 3 year olds

We've been there several times. This time kids had purchased sodas and were drinking them all over the play areas. Sticky drinks were spilled. When asked staff said people could drink wherever they wanted.
