I never had a massage. Paid for the groupon but the door was locked when I got there after walking up 4 flights of stairs. She has a lot of rules that the groupon certificate doesnt tell you. She was gone because I was 10 or 15 minutes late. Strange place and old building with strange odor.

Hi Evelyn, For clarity, all clients, including Groupon clients, must agree to the policies at booking. These policies state that appointments are forfeited if a client is more than 10 minutes late without communication. You arrived over 15 minutes after your scheduled time. I waited beyond the policy cutoff and attempted to contact you twice, but did not receive a response. As a result, the appointment was forfeited in accordance with the agreed upon policies. Clear building access instructions, including elevator information, were provided in advance along with the policy reminders. Hope you find a better fit
