The massage techniques were pretty good overall. However, the massage therapist was late to the office so I was left waiting wondering if my massage was cancelled and once they opened the door the ambiance/room was cold due to heat being off and the massage therapist was rushing around to get everything ready meaning my massage time was running out. Advice: please be professional and be ready to start the service (massage) at the appointment time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand your concerns. The office was opened at your scheduled appointment time, and we began about five minutes later after I finished setting up and you completed the consultation and preparation. Your session ended five minutes past the scheduled time, so you still received your full massage duration.
Regarding the room temperature, I don’t have a personal heater in the office, so I wasn’t able to adjust the warmth further. However, when I checked in about your comfort at the start, I would have happily provided an additional blanket had I known the temperature felt too cold.
I appreciate your feedback and will keep your points in mind moving forward. I’m glad to hear you still enjoyed your appointment.
