Sweet Pea's Cafe, Capitola

Despite the name, Sweet Pea's actually serves up a lot of savory bites. A rotating selection of quiches are prepared fresh daily, and the lunch menu includes burgers, tuna sandwiches, and cheesesteaks. There are even savory crepes, lined with everything from beef briand to ratatouille. Of course, there are sweet crepes, too. Parisian lemon and strawberry-Nutella match the dish's French roots, while American riffs include apple-cinnamon and mixed berry with custard. Sweet Pea's chefs can also cater events with a portable crepe station that instantly transforms parties into chic soirees imbued with that certain je ne sais quoi.
