I received a hydrofacial and dermaplaning, I felt as though I was being insincerely flattered. Because perhaps she didn't want me to notice how quick she was doing my service. For both I was in the bed and out in 40 mins. I guess I expected a more involved (more cleansing and extractions?) and relaxing service. Perhaps this is the norm and I just was spoiled at my previous service from elsewhere.

I can describe this facial as not much to get excited for the facial took less than 5 min don’t know if it really was worth it yet. Location was a little bit hard to find .

This was an odd experience. The practitioner did not walk me through hardly any of what she was doing and overall wasn’t very friendly. She then booked an upcoming appointment for me while my lashes were being done and I couldn’t look at my calendar. She gave me minimal instructions for aftercare, I had to ask prompting questions to get that info. She also didn’t do a great job waxing my eyebrows- lots of strays left behind and it was not obvious they had been waxed (like it usually is for me).

Sandra was fantastic! She explained my procedure to me and was very warm and understanding when I had discomfort. I will definitely be going back!
