took 7 weeks to get a dvd and 1 picture. not able to get anyone at the phone number and very hard to get a reply by email. pictures were ok. but not cropped or centered and nothing done with them like sepia or black and white. also no name stamp on the pics. i was disappointed and wont recommend johnathan to anyone. could of done a better job myself honestly.

I sorely regret purchasing this Groupon. The photos are abysmally poor-I could have had my mother take better snapshots! On top of that, the service was slow, generally unresponsive and when he did respond, it was grumpy/unhelpful. I'm afraid this man has not chosen the right occupation. He was so unfriendly/quiet/shy that my normally happy toddler didn't smile the entire time during the photo shoot. He did not make any effort to make him smile and just snapped a few photos with no consideration to lighting or composition. He warned me that outdoor photos were his specialty, but didn't say he was completely unable to take a decent photo inside. I hope this man hasn't quit his day job.

The photographer was nice, but the pictures weren't very good. In many of the pictures that included more than one person, only the person closest to the camera was in focus.

They are very unprofessional. I was very disappointed about the rules they made up as they went like only being allowed to get 100 photos when it doesn’t say that anywhere on Groupons. They lost most of our pictures from the shoot and then said we would just have to redo them and would not give any other options. My friend had problems when they book him and he cancelled 30 minutes before the shoot and would not answer there phone or emails when they tried to contact them. I thought maybe it was just one of those things however I had the same experience. I would never recommend them to anyone and would tell them to think about another career because they are not able to run their own business the right way.
