From booking to pick up every aspect was handled professionally. Everything was on time. I was taken home and picked up by a most pleasant lady. Also suggested a couple times that I buy a Mitsibushi. The lady in service could not have been any more pleasant and professional. You have two stellar employees and should recognize this .If I was in any way dissatisfied with my vehicle I would consider buying a Mitsibishi .I was in using a Groupon I had purchased for detailing and was totally satisfied. Now having said that my son drive a Mitsibushi and my granddaughter as well and they have not been very satisfied with the service they have received. If you want more information Stephanie Mitchell purchased her vehicle new and Chrsitopher purchased a used vehicle. I would like to continue spreadind apossitive word about your service and SALES Departments.

Ciaran Kelly who gave me a ride to & from this place was a very professional person. This guy had perfect manners, very very polite for a guy his age. He even opened the door for me.He is going to make a great salesman. Ladies will love him.However my car was not as clean as expected & there was a chunk of paint off the hood of my car. She must of used something harsh that would do this. Now I have rust in that spot about a quarter size from rain.

The job in my van was excellent! It took almost twice as long (3.5 hours) then the projected time (2 hours) to Spruce it up. I heard they were down one detailer but that’s a long time to be without your vehicle especially when you have an appointment (that they are aware of).

The cleaning was very very poor. The windows worse than when i went in. Took twice as long as i was told. I called the service manager and actually was told that was as good as they do. But did offer if i drove back they would tdy to clean the windows better. Would not recommend this place to anyone
