My children loved their experience and want to go back. We do plan to return at some point and Vanessa is fantastic with little kids!

Vanessa is a kind and lovely woman and I hope her business is successful but both my experiences with the groupons I purchased had problems. Even though the bookings were confirmed, she didn't show up for the first one so I had to take the children back home and re-schedule their class. With the second groupon, she tried to change the date of the lesson just a few days prior, even though I had just asked her to confirm she would be there. Obviously there is a problem at her end with the schedule she offers and her ability to honour confirmed bookings. Having said that, she does seem to be trying to do something special and I wish her well.

Vanessa was quite late. We nearly turned around and left. She apologized for car problems and she was willing to make up for the lost time. She was excellent with the kids and art was great.

The art class was great and the art the kids made was wonderful. Vanessa was also great with the kids and very encouraging. However, the business side (communication etc.) has made me think twice about registering again.
