Some unique options and clear point of view, but customer service is greatly lacking, verging on disrespect towards the customer. Retailers, there's a big difference between respecting customers by giving them space and totally forgetting they're there. You must hire people for more than just cleaning, greeting a customer, hopefully being able to answer questions and ringing them up. Your merchandise choices are really getting better and it's exciting to see how much more you'll develop, but clothes alone aren't enough to build and maintain customer loyalty. Develop relationships, offer water, train your employees with knowledge about the merchandise, and have them check in with customers periodically. I know you can do this!
