Great experience

After years struggling with PCOS hair growth and constant irritation, I finally decided to get laser and I am SO glad I went with Bared Monkey. The staff is so kind and attentive, and I am always in and out for my bikini line treatment in less than 15 minutes, and it is completely painless for me. I have thick, dark hairs on fair skin (the ideal kind for laser), and after only 2 treatments I literally don't have to shave (they say to avoid shaving anyways); there are still hairs (still have 4 sessions left) but they are SO thin and sparse, it is a night and day comparison to what I had before. I could actually cry at the results. I can't speak for long term results, but I can't imagine it will ever regrow to the previous thick/dark/coarseness. I am also on Spironolactone, a hormone blocker that helps curb PCOS hair growth, which didn't do much before but I think will help a lot with preventing testosterone-related regrowth. I do wish they had more comprehensive and affordable packages for full legs + bikini, but maybe they have deals if you ask them. It is already a really affordable spa and so worth the money.

My technician Shanay was amazing! Unfortunately, the receptionist and another technician tried to devalue my Groupon, delayed my appt by nearly an hr, and attempted to perform the procedure improperly with only 2 applicators instead of the 4 required to cover the large area ($2400 value). After needless arguing, they finally honored the deal but the pushback and wasted time was unprofessional.
