I would not recommend this spa for any services: it was not a good value given the quality of the service provided and overall false advertising. The service delivered was no better than what you would get at your corner nail salon.

Hi Michael, we are saddened to receive such a review considering we reached out to you in advance to discuss the terms of your purchase. We are not responsible for your day to day schedule and if you aren't able to come in for your service within the time frame given to you since your date of purchase. All terms about your voucher is stated clearly on the Groupon site before buying it, so there's no false advertising. We did our part by informing you that your voucher had already expired a while back, so we are only able to honor the value of what you paid for. This is standard in any purchase that you make through Groupon. At the time we spoke you understood and agreed. Upon your arrival, you were very rude and dismissive to our staff. For future purchases to any business, please read thoroughly all terms before you make any purchases so you don't have to leave unreasonable reviews just because your upset.
