After receiving our dinner, the staff came by our table once to make sure everything was okay. Afterwards, we couldn't find our server. We waited a long time to get the check. Then, the check stated that a 15% tip was $16 and change and 18% tip was $18 and change. My husband put a $20 bill down. Another server came to take our check and didn't ask if we wanted our change back at all. We waited for a long time before another server came back with our check, but only placed a dollar for change. El Coyote just gave themselves MORE THAN A 18% tip. I was so flaming mad! That was very rude of the staff to cheat us and I wonder is it because we don't speak Spanish.

I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to family or friends, after being seated by the female manager who refused to give me her name kindly told waiter if paying by GROUPON would have to make reservation..In other words she was giving priority to paying customers..GROUPON coustomers have to make reservation where paying customers don't...Very unfair to Guoupon Customers...
