I email them the order few days ago with contact info and pick up date,but no one reply from the business at all. I have to go to the bakery itself and spoke to the staff regarding my order to ensure it went through.

Fay Da is charging me an extra fee because I did not give them 4 "business" days to order my cake for my trip. I gave them 4 days. I used to go there all the time and spend at least $20 a week, but now they have lost a customer for life. You do the math, is it worth $5?
