My eyes are very sensitive to others touch and is always "twitching" so this why I don't get them done often. My technician was was understanding and did a great job. The place is neat and clean. My negative is the demand for 15-20% tip. I have no issue tipping for good service. Not everyone will have it to tip. So i hope they know and understand that.

Worst experience ever at an eyelash place. Upsold me saying the Groupon was for hardly any lashes, ok extra $35. Charged $30 for removal of old lashes. Removal was painful. Application painful, got glue in my eye and it was burning, took forever, lashes turned out terrible. I asked for doll lash look, got cat eye and not gradual in length; totally obvious length change spots. Definitely not 120pc.
