I had an expired groupon which should still be good for the promotional value and they were all confused when I tried to use it for a $6 eyebrow thread. Promotional value was $15, they told me they would have to call groupon to figure it out. Not professional!

Very quick! It was also one of the best prices I found. I will definitely be back however, I do wish they could continue working at such a quick speed but while also taking care of any stray hairs they leave behind.

I usually do well with Brazilian waxes, but this lady was extremely rough. By far, the most painful wax i've ever had.
