I’ve been doing MN for years, decided to give this place a chance, the worker who did my first 2 sessions was great, she spent time on my face. My last session I chose Shannon, expecting an even better experience, but no, she numbed me for 35mins and didn’t even spend 5mins on my face with the MN, this procedure is supposed to be an HOUR, it’s like I basically paid for the numbing and not the MN??

Silvia is very professional and quite knowledgeable of her work as aesthetician.She clearly explains every procedure and responds to every questions I asked. I appreciate her work and service oriented approach. I purchased three more sessions.

I purchased a microneedling session and after the grace period of refund and when I went to schedule the appt, they told me that they are not performing microneedling cause it is banned in manahattan - that is not true and told me I could do a nano salmon fusion facial. Completely misleading and not true. I should have received a refund and groupon will only give me groupon cash which is not the same. I paif for microneedling and that why I purchased it. If they were not perfomring the procedure I purchased, then full refund to credit card should have been granted - no questions asked.

At the time you attempted to schedule, microneedling was not being offered at our Manhattan location due to current regulatory restrictions, which we communicated transparently. As an alternative, we offered nano infusion, with clear and realistic expectations explained prior to booking. Participation in an alternative service was entirely optional. Regarding refunds, all Groupon purchases and refunds are managed directly by Groupon, as we are a third-party provider and do not process payments or issue refunds to credit cards. Groupon determines the refund method, including Groupon Cash. We strive to communicate honestly and within compliance at all times and regret any frustration this caused
