It was a nice place with a nice atmosphere. The surrounding area was industrial but the pier area where the restaurant is located was nice.

Service was terrible and food was marginal. Food came out well before our drinks - almost walked on the tab.

Service was terribly slow and the female staff didn’t know anything about their drink menu and couldn’t tell us what is available on tap. She only came back three times total to check on us so most of the time our glasses were empty. There also was a mistake on our check. So I requested to speak to the manager and waited forever and ever but he never showed up. If you want decent service, this is not a place for you.

Food was worse I've ever experienced at Blu. Service not good, mixed up order and charged premium liquor prices during happy hour when no premium liquor was ordered. This evening was not what is usually expected at Blu. Very disappointed even though management did correct bill.
