DTLA spa at Westin bonaventure, Los Angeles

Nothing spa like about this place except for the location. No massage, no mimosa as shown in the picture, no hot water, no bath salts and very limited nail colors. $20 each for hands and feet for French tips that didn't last a day because there was no top coat applied. $10 valet and long wait to get your vehicle.

BEWARE: Purchased mani/pedi groupon for me and my daughter. Called to set an appointment and the receptionist asked for the code over the phone. I refused of course, but didn't like that. Receptionist advised that if we want plain color not gel we should probably bring our own polish as they don't have a lot of colors. No bath salts, no cuticle softener, no soaking for manicure, no massage. No hot water so she had to boil it in a tea kettle. Decided on french tip since no polish. Charged $20 each for hands and feet. No clear coat so the next day started chipping. The receptionist is the nail tech so she had to stop each time someone came to the front desk. She is the only nail tech so it took 1:45-2 hrs for each of us. Only refreshments available is hot tea. Unable to have anything brought up from the lounge. The decor is old and run down. Not at all what I expected. Validate parking is $10 not free. Plan to wait a while for your car. Appt 4p, but didn't get in the car to leave until 8:30p. Total nightmare.

From reception desk to service person, everyone was friendly and professional. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere

I came in for a manicure , Cecilia did a great job . She was patient, put attention to detail and she was very knowledgeable about the nail industry . I had a great time and would def recommend her . My nails look beautiful .
