Such a great venue for a live show! It's not that big, but still a really good size. Two levels (admittedly I didn't see the top floor). Plenty of room to dance on the bottom floor and enjoy the show! Amazing sound! Restrooms are easily accessed with plenty of stalls. Bar at the back of the venue. Great location, easy parking in buildings nearby. Popular spot in Downtown LA!

This is a small club atmosphere and it has a great feel. Pick your seats carefully, sitting in the back of the main floor can block some of your views of the band. I found myself moving around to see the show from different angles. Seats in the pit area would be perfect. There is also a great riser just behind the pit that would have perfect seats in the first few rows, they are centrally located. The bar was good and service was fast and with a smile. Prices were fair. Catch a show here you will enjoy the experience. The restaurants in the LA Live complex make one stop entertainment a fun experience.

The actual Club, located within the busy, trendy L.A Live Complex is a beautiful facility - a large open nightclub with a pit down by the stage - long lines of people who paid a lot of money got the privilege of receiving a wrist band and the right to go in and out of the pit area throughout the concert. It's all general admission standing room ony on the first floor (there are five levels in all - only one other one was open this particular night and apparently does have actual seating). The venue sports two other viewing areas that are raised a few inches taller than the area in front of them to provide better visability of the bands. (Stadium standing) The opening act came out and played and after that was a nightmare - two hours of DJ music before the headlining act came out. Even though people kept chanting for the headliner, the DJ went on and on and on and on and on.. General admission was $60 with pit tickets at a whopping $250 !!! We can all listen to the radio at home. When you pay for a concert you want a concert. Everyone around me was near riotous by the time the actual show started. The music was too loud and was distorted. To actually filter out the noise and hear the vocals and instruments required sticking your fingers in your ears. If I wanted to go to a DJ run dance club, this would be it. It's nicely decored, I saw no trouble, fighting, etc that you often see in these type venues. The staff was great. If I want to go to a concert - I will definately will pick a different place.
