Stay away from this company. I should have heeded advice from the past reviews. Asked for a refund, they agreed and said I would receive one. I never received a refund and my groupons show as "redeemed." I never used the service because of their false advertisement. They told me they would refund me, yet here I am, $100 lost.

K and J Cleaning is not the name of their company. Also they are falsely advertising their services. The wording is incorrect and they are misleading. Once I spoke to their representative, they gave me a run around on pricing and were never fully honest about it. I immediately canceled the service and asked for a refund. They told me no problem and I would get a refund right away. I never received a refund and now it shows that my groupons were "Redeemed." Groupon is having a hard time giving me a refund because K and J cleaning is telling them I used the service. They have never been to my home and I never used their service. Stay away from this company. I should have heeded advice from the past reviews.

Everything was explained cost wise and what would happen before he got started. We will definitely call K&J cleaning for other devices in the future.

This company is a scam do not use them. Google them and you will see other reviews saying the same. They will tell you have mold and other issues when you don't. Which has cause me a lot of money and inconvenience. They have all of their services set as range prices for things, no set prices so that can up the charges as they see fit but still make it seem like your getting a deal. They guy told me to put the cash on the table under the pen before he could start the service. They have a google one page website, they operate under two google voice numbers. Issac does not want to answer any questions nor will return the calls. You can't leave any google reviews for some reasons but you can on yelp and a few others. They have a company in another state doing the same scam. I've notified Groupon as well for having such type of business on their website. All fo the reviews on here are probably fake. DO NOT buy this Groupon or support this company.
