The culinary artisans at Solo Tapas specialize in Spanish Montados—appetizer-sized sandwiches made with flash-frozen bread imported directly from Southern Spain. A menu of more than 60 sandwiches piles serrano ham, smoked salmon, and various veggies into traditional Montados or larger, bagel-shaped sandwiches. "Naked" tapas include a plateful of Montado bread alongside ingredients such as iberico ham, manchego cheese, and chorizo, which diners can eat separately or assemble into a small piece of edible furniture.
