Sustainabowl is dedicated to serving delicious poké and acai bowls, while incorporating the business principals of sustainability and environmental consciousness. They are transparent in their practices, openly disclosing all the different ways in which they reduce waste and support local vendors.

Head Chef Justin Snyder has spent time in some of the top kitchens around the world. Through his travels through the US, Asia, Ukraine, and Western Europe, Justin discovered his mission – to create flavourful, globally inspired food using unique ingredients that are sustainably and locally sourced and responsibly served. He continually searches for new ways to create a positive impact on the planet while developing dishes of the highest possible quality.
