What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There are very few, nails salons in the inner-city of LA that provide clean, professional and aesthetically stimulating environments, in addition to quality nail care. At SWNS locals can have an "upscale" experience without having to leave their community. You Deserve Quality & Luxury.

What do you love most about your job?
I love when a customer's expectations are exceeded!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The salon is peaceful and relaxing and the service is superb.

You need to make sure you schedule an appointment well in advance as they're low on staff. However the mani-pedi was EXCEPTIONAL. I really enjoyed my experience there

I usually never go to a salon twice, that's just how it goes using Groupon, BUT I think I found a place! I've never had someone scrap at my feet so thoroughly as they do at Syl's !! I'm so happy I found this place and the Groupon deal is pretty amazing, like to good to be true, but it's true, happy customer. and DJ is great.
