The Disinfector, Los Angeles

This person had 4 hours to clean 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 tiny kitchen, small living room & small dining room. The only noticeable areas that were cleaned were the stovetop & swept floors. The dishes were moved into the dish rack but not washed. The counter still had a coffee mug ring. The bed was not made & the dresser & nightstand were still dusty. Showers weren’t scrubbed & floors not mopped.

The merchant never showed up the first time and the second time they were running a few hours behind so they had to come out the following day. The cleaners were very nice, but I wouldn't say it was 'deep' house cleaning. It was a regular cleaning.

I had high hopes after speaking with them on the phone about my cleaning, but it was less than stellar. The cleaners were nice, but the attention to detail was lacking for most of the house. Here are a few examples: 1) I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they were not. 2) Hair was left in the shower drain and a horrible white residue was left all over my shower floor. 3) They did not clean under the bathroom floor mat in my second bathroom. 4) They left cat hair all over my dining room chairs. 5) You could see where they wipe and didn't wipe the floor in one of the rooms. 6) The items on my bathroom counter were not even touched or moved as they had dust on them and the counter underneath them was dirty. 7) There were some items in the corner of the kitchen counter that were not moved and cleaned under. 8) The bottom shelves of one of the rooms was not dusted. I can say that the wife was the one who did the kitchen and she did a good job! The husband did most of the rest of the house and he did not do such a good job. I did like how he moved the couch to clean behind it and underneath it, though. Although, there was still pet hair left in some spots on the couch.

This was by far the worst cleaning service I have ever used. They said they washed the dishes only to find the dishes covered in grease and food. They didn't dust they didn't clean the tile in the bathroom nor did they do the detail work like I asked. I was very clear both when I booked the appointment and when the crew arrived that my house was about to go on the market and I needed them to focus on the details. My fiance and I had already done the cleaning it was mostly baseboards and door frames and guess what I ended up doing most of it myself. This was supposed to make my life easier but it made it more difficult as now I have to A. Pay another cleaning service and B. Do the detail work that should have been done by a crew that really had nothing to do since my house was already clean. I feel like I just spent 300 on nothing. I will NEVER use these people again.
