There are no walls at the Time Out studio. Instead, instructor Tiffany Love leads gentle meditations and yoga movements on the sandy shores of local beaches or in the open fields of outdoor parks. Those serene settings are a perfect match for her class's greater mission: helping others move past negative thoughts so they can work on their bodies and spirits. Sessions can be private or group-oriented, and special sessions can be reserved for couples and expectant mothers.
