For a healthy breakfast, guests can try a fruit smoothie, such as the Green Beast, which is packed with powerful protein, kale, spinach, and avocado. Or they can order the Just Protein Scramble, made with five egg whites, grilled chicken breast, and to give it a little kick, a jalapeño sauce. Tortillas, which encase breakfast burritos in the morning, make an encore appearance during lunch, emerging from the kitchen as wraps stuffed with tuna salad and alfalfa sprouts or USDA rib-eye steak smothered in provolone.
