Granddaughter to the founder of Louisville's Thompson's BBQ, the head chef and namesake behind Lucretia's Kitchen takes pride in her authentic barbecue. The menu—prepared by Lucretia and her staff of family and friends—rotates often, but may feature crispy chicken, smothered pork chops, and ribs covered in the eatery’s signature "liquid gold" barbecue sauce. Diners round out their meals with classic sides such as mac ‘n’ cheese and potato salad, and finish things off with fried Snickers, Oreos, and Reese's cups.
