From the moment we stepped onto the ice, the manager of the rink seemed to have a chip on his shoulder about my teenage son; he yelled at him from the side of the rink because he was skating around and holding his gloves in his hand while he skated... this was apparently against the rules, although we saw others doing it and the manager didn't seem to have a problem with anyone else. Then, it was that he was looking at his phone, again others were filming video of their kids skating without being hassled. Then it was the single airpod that he was wearing in his ear. The rules seem to be for some, not all. So if you're lucky, you'll have an enjoyable skate but maybe not. The other employees were friendly and polite - just not the angry manager. Oh, and don't skate too fast either - not allowed.
