Avoid Nik’s Auto Salon like the plague. The first thing he wanted was extra money to remove dog hair and sap, l he expected the car to be clean before he actually cleaned it. We made the mistake of not checking his work before we paid him because he already had his truck running when he came to say he was done. There was dirt on several areas of the car inside and out like it had not been clean. We asked him to come back to finish the job and he refused.. He was very rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, Groupon refunded half of our money and gave us credits enough to cover getting the job done properly by somebody actually qualified to do detailing.

Avoid this Customer...she is the Plague. Obviously tree sap and dog hair is extra money. Especially if there is so much dog hair you can't see the carpets, on both cars. I said it needs to be shampooed, but didn't want to pay extra for the shampooing. I called several times to explain All of this, but No answer. You complain but don't want to talk about it...You Funny...
