What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have a specialized division for children with ADHD, Autism, and for those that are differently-abled. Our staff are certified educators with appropriate movement certifications (Yoga/Autism Movement Therapy).

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
When teaching children you must make every learning experience engaging and creative. We play games and complete activities that are motivating and fun, yet meet the individual needs of each and every child present.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a teacher in the public school system, I saw the need for children to learn strategies to cope with every day stressors. Furthermore, I wanted to provide a studio where children of ALL ages and ALL abilities could take yoga and creative movement.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I own a studio where people of all ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to be themselves. Kids often leave telling their caregivers how much they loved their class because of how much fun they had! Parents tell me that they are applying what they learned at home and at school!
