SCAM! Do not go here. They don’t use real Botox on Groupon customers! After 3 weeks I saw no improvement. I called and they scheduled me for a touch-up. The technician told me they don’t use Botox on Groupon clients. She showed me the fine print: “All products are subject to stock availability.” But they weren’t out of Botox. They just don’t use it for Groupon clients. She actually told me that!

Hi Kathleen, This is not accurate. We do not use “fake” products, and we do not treat Groupon clients differently. All wrinkle treatments performed at our clinic use FDA-approved neuromodulators. Your Groupon was for a specific product, and that product was administered as purchased. “Botox” is often used as a general term, but there are multiple FDA-approved brands available. We scheduled you for a touch-up because results can vary from person to person, and adjustments are sometimes needed after an initial treatment. If you would like to review your treatment details further, please contact us directly. – BodyFactory Skin Care

I felt this was a false advertisement. They announce Botox ‘unlimited units’ but in reality it is up to 50 units. Additional, before doing the treatment they offer you something better quality for double the price because supposedly the product they are promoting in Groupon is weak. So you get the sense that it is not going to work. I do not recommend this place

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the offer felt unclear or misleading — that’s never our intention. While the promotion mentions “unlimited units,” for medical safety reasons neurotoxin dosing is always determined by the provider based on individual anatomy and FDA-approved protocols. There is no such thing as truly unlimited dosing in medical practice. The product included in the promotion is FDA-approved and effective. We also offer other brands as optional upgrades for clients who may have a personal preference, but there is never an obligation to upgrade. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will take this feedback to improve how we communicate this at the time of booking and in-studio.

The practitioner was wonderful and the facility was very clean. I’m mostly dissatisfied that the Groupon clearly says Botox and after I got there they told me that I had to accept a different product because Botox isn’t covered by the Groupon.
