Lenitza did a great job on my hair. She did exactly what I asked and needed. She took her time and they didn’t add on any cost. Usually when I use a Groupon for my hair they always add on extra costs at the salon, Hair Bad NYC didn’t. They were very fair and honest and had very reasonable affordable prices. I will go back.

I had a karaton treatment. The staff was welcoming and so professional. My hair dresser explained the prices and what to expect. She listened to my concerns hair color in From my first calling to the salon to walking in the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. I had the keratin treatment. The hair dresser listened to my concerns. Today (day after) My hair looks terrific straight and color basically stayed the same. Hopefully will stay that way after afew months . I was extremely pleased and plan to go back.
