I have purchased a groupon for a fraxel at Laserx Medical Center Dr Adam Mauer who did the procedure didn't appear to be very interested what my concerns were and why I was there From the very first minute I've entered his office he was trying to sell me injectables and fillers, and finally of course cosmetics That's not my first laser procedure but was my first fraxel procedure so I was fairly familiar with how long it would takewell took him 30 min to talk me to get fillers and 5 min for the fraxel!! He really should be a sales person not a practioniner I left upset and very disappointed and definitely won't be going back nor I recommend this doctorif he's a doctor at all

They were almost an hour late for my appointment and when I went in, the "Doctor" and esthetician simply tried to sell me into putting thousands of dollars of fillers in my face, which I don't need They didn't even use numbing cream but rather kept spraying cold water on my face I kept asking if the machine was even on because it didn't feel like I was having any laser done Days later, I look the exact same as before You get what you pay for, save your money and go elsewhere

Talk to the doctor and assistant about anything you have a concern about and they will go through everything with you! they are great

Seemed like more of a salesman than a doctor. I had to request that my procedure be performed by him otherwise it's done by his assistant and that came across as a hassle for them. Afterward he ran out the door leaving no opportunity to ask anything.
