NYC Surgical Associates is led by Surgical Director, Dr. David Greuner. As highlighted by programs such as The Dr. Oz Show, The Doctors, ABC News and CBS News, Dr. Greuner and his expert staff are known for their impeccable training, compassion, cutting-edge techniques and excellent bedside manner. Their medical credentials span some of the world's foremost institutions, from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, to Cleveland Clinic, Harvard University and Albert Einstein University.

At NYC Surgical Associates, we pride ourselves on our ability to stay on the cutting edge of minimally invasive procedures that require as little downtime as possible from our patients’ fast-paced lives. As a pioneer of No-Knife EVLT, Dr. Greuner took much of the pain out of spider and varicose vein treatments, creating a system that closes blood vessels with a laser instead of a switchblade. These efforts have led to better patient outcomes, earned him a Top Surgeon designation from Consumers' Research Council of America three years in a row, and professional leadership roles as a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and a fellow of the International College of Surgeons.
