I booked with Jay for the end of the day and she was so helpful. I had already an idea of what I wanted and I provided pictures then Jay took it in consideration and adjusted to my hair needs. I have to say my hair was extremely dry and damaged but even so Jay took really good care of it during the whole process. She is a great professional and super sweet. I ended up to pay a bit extra for the olaplex and toner but it was so worthy! I have my dream hair now. After this experience I will only go to Palms Salon from now on, thank you so much :)

Jessica did an amazing job with the cut and partial balayage. She listened to what I wanted and managed expectations well, the result was better than I could have imagined!
