Inside Manhattan's 57th Street Galleria lies a gargantuan bathhouse, spa, and wellness center known as Premier 57. The center is so large, in fact, that it's spread across three floors, allowing visitors to soak in traditional Japanese bath culture before traveling to a German hydrotherapy spa pool and Korean beauty spa.

Most guests begin their visits in Sauna Valley, where six different saunas help them address many different needs. In the Himalayan Salt Sauna, for instance, slabs of ancient salt aid everything from respiration to complexion. And over in the Far Infrared Sauna, a futuristic-looking heater directly warms the body, relieving pain and loosening joints in the process.

On the center's top floor, visitors can soak away stress in the outdoor spa pools, whose targeted jets offer relief in full view of the Manhattan skyline. There are even more of these pools inside, along with a full beauty spa where therapists pamper visitors with facials, massages, and traditional Korean body scrubs.

Guests can take a break from their spa day with a trip to Café Bistro, which offers light snacks, including sandwiches, waffles, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and coffee. The restaurant offers a selection of Asian cuisine as well as American favorites. If you’d prefer a drink, head to Aqua Bar, which offers beers, wines, cocktails and other beverages to enhance your experience. Guests may also retreat to the spa’s three relaxation lounges.
