Very difficult to make an appointment with them. They only accepted Groupon customers at certain times and it was nearly impossible to get an appointment on the weekend.

Getting an appointment was really hard, they told me they were booked for weeks, even though it wasn't when I first got the voucher, so it wasn't the initial full booking. Every single convenient time for me for a month was completely booked according to them. I finally settled on a relatively inconvenient time weeks away. When I was there, they were pretty empty. A girl with a Groupon walked in and they screamed at her (yes, screamed) that they didn't attend to groupons without an appointment, even though more than half the techs weren't doing anything. They turned her away, it left a really sour taste in my mouth, the services weren't great either.

I was under the impression that the groupon was for a shellac mani and pedi but when I made the appointment found out it was for a shellac mani and regular pedi. I also had a problem making an appointment the first time I called b/c they said they didn't have any "groupon" appointments left. The salon is very clean and the service was excellent, the manicure and pedicure were great and lasted really well.
