Restaurateur Dival Ramiro has a distinct vision: salgadinhos—Brazilian finger foods—will eventually be the de rigueur hors d'oeuvres, and his Tapas Bites will be the one to bring about the trend. For now, he'll settle for New Yorkers snacking on these delights or mixing and matching them to create fun meals. The spot also provides large orders to cater cocktail parties, gallery openings, and other events.

• Coxinha: shredded-chicken croquettes, likely the most well known of the bites. A "fit" version is made with sweet potato, chia seeds, and almonds.
• Kibe: a Brazilian-Lebanese spin on croquettes—this time they're made with minced beef and pine nuts
• Pão de Queijo: irresistible baked cheese bread, served with an herb spread
• Croquete de Carne Seca: dry-aged beef enclosed in yucca dough
