When I made the appointment October 31 for November 18 is when the groupon was redeemed. Received confirmation and notices which I appreciated. I had my days mixed up and thought I was getting a massage on a Saturday not the Friday. I apologized profusely. No grace given. Lost my Groupon and didn’t get my massage. Would not reschedule without me purchasing a massage at the going rate. Bummer.

We spoke via text and you apologized for missing the appointment and understood that due to (No Call/No Show) the Groupon was forfeited. It was to my understanding that you wanted to get back to me.
